Life Flow Energetics
Life Flow Energetics is an energetic healing method that was created by Sandra. The focus is on allowing the energy to flow smoothly through the body and on releasing stored trauma from the tissues. This has become an integral part of all of Sandra's bodywork, energy work, and ergonomics sessions. It may also come into play in Spiritual Alignment Consulting sessions. People's bodies talk to me, and each session unfolds to reveal the evolution to take place at that time.
The creation of Life Flow Energetics began in 2001 and continues to this day. As people's bodies require it during sessions, Sandra receives intuitive information and new techniques. As these techniques are applied, immediate shifts result in people's bodies and often in their emotions.
In a practical sense, Life Flow Energetics is powerfully effective in refining the ways in which people carry, use, and live in their bodies. Minor shifts in posture can profoundly influence your emotional state and your productivity and effectiveness.

Eleven Session Series
SOMA facilitates your access to your body's deep wisdom.
There are eleven 2-hour sessions. Each focuses on a particular area and builds upon
the previous sessions.
